I founded this consultancy on a people-first, value-led philosophy — one grounded in the belief that true success is built through connection, understanding, and intention.

Having spent my career within corporate leadership and global recruiting, I’ve seen the full spectrum —from the biases that shape decisions, to the scale-driven systems that prioritize sales over people. Their depth, potential, and individuality are too easily lost in processes built for speed rather than substance.

I started this business to contribute to a more discerning and human-centered hiring landscape, where professionals are recognized not only for their accomplishments, but for the perspective, leadership, and value they bring.

With 20 years of experience spanning executive recruiting, corporate leadership, human resources, and resume/branding strategy, I bring a holistic understanding of how talent is evaluated, positioned, and advanced within today’s evolving job market.

Every engagement is a partnership — intentional, discreet, and personalized. My role is to guide professionals through moments of transition and transformation with clarity and grace, helping them define and communicate their value with confidence and sophistication.
